Works great
I used it to add an additional pool drain option. The pool had a standard spigot outlet for draining the pool. At 17,000 gallons, the pool took hours to drain after a heavy rain. Now, I am able to drain it in 10-15 minutes. Works well and seems to be well made..

Didn’t last 1 year
Valve worked good. Didn’t even last a full year before it cracked. I never touched or tightened the screws.

Can be used as a waste valve on a pool pump assembly.
UPDATE: I changed the 3 star rating to 5. Seems the previously reported drip was temporary. Will update as needed.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'd managed quite well without a waste valve on our pool pump for 15 years, ever through two storms. But this spring it'd gotten the better of me when I couldn't clear the water and decided to use drop out for the first time. Having read it's best to vacuum resulting sediment to waste, I bought and installed this valve.Installation was rather straightforward, one only needing to pay attention to direction of water flow. As per the instruction sheet, you have to snip off a small tab on the underside of the lever so that you can rotate the lever 180 degrees upward (as shown in the first photo). If you don't the third port remains open (lever in the down position) sucking air into your system. Rotate the lever to the right (second picture) to block the filters and flush the waste. (I attach a removable 2ft piece of pvc on the down port to better direct the wastewater).Only complaint so far is that in the lever up position, a small amount of water drips from the port below (one drop per 12.5 seconds). Otherwise, it serves the purpose. Will update as needed.

Works great and good value for money
Pros:Easy to install and the operation is nice and smooth. These are a lower price than some of the more recognized brands that feel very similar. Overall, I think they're very good value for money. They do also offer the flexibility to set flow through any of the valve ports to suit your application.Cons:Out of the box, only the left or right port can be closed off. A piece of plastic integrated into the valve body prevents full motion of the valve, so if you want to be able to have a flow pattern different than the default, that travel stop has to be broken off. It works fine, it's just a bit hack and you lose the ability to prevent all 3 ports from being open simultaneously. It would be nice if there were a more elegant way of adjusting the min/max position of the valve handle without having all or nothing.

Product is great, installed valves today, no leaks.
Valve is similar to the Jandy valve that costs $112 per unit. Saved me about $55 per valve.

NOT DURABLE
bought it about a year ago and installed it less than 6 month, valve now is hard to turn and has deformed its base which causes air leaks and needs replacement. cheap plastic.

diverter valve
I am using this as an air diverter valve for my spa blower. This came configured where the off portion would only work on the two straight opening instead of the one in the middle. The instructions say you can remove the stopper under the handle that prevents you from turning it 360 degrees but you can also just unscrew the handle a bit to get over those to only allow the middle path to be open/closed. Seems like the product is decent quality like the original ones.
