Great clubs, great company
Have bought 3 hybrids from Lazrus now. Love them. My game has improved significantly after using them only 3 rounds. They give me good loft and better distance. Also, the customer service at this American, family owned business is awesome. They respond immediately. Highly recommend!

Great clubs
Everything I have to say about these clubs is good. I find that I hit these straighter and much farther (two clubs farther) than regular irons. I have golfed for 50 years, so I have had a lot of different clubs and I believe these are the best I have had as far as length of shot, distance and accuracy. These hybrids send the ball high and long. They don't put spin on the ball like standard irons do, but they send the ball so high it is pretty much coming straight down onto the green anyway, so you can land a shot on the green and it will hold. It took me a little while to get used to them, but now I am very comfortable swinging them. I teed off on a 145 yard par 3 with the hybrid pitching wedge a couple of weeks ago and scored my second hole in one. I have always bought premium brand name irons in the past and paid a LOT of money for them over the years, so to find these clubs that play so well and are so affordable is a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend these for almost all golfers, but they might not be a good fit for very low handicappers who work the ball a lot. I have found draws and hooks to be easy, but fades not easy at all.

Good well made golf club.
Good value. Well priced. Decent quality. Nice shaft and grip. More forgiving than a iron…

Haven't played golf since my early 20's now I'm 60 starting over. New types of clubs, WOW!!
I haven't played any golf since I was 24 and now I'm 60 and a friend invited me to play since our bowling alley was closed down due to COVID. I decided to give it a shot with some old clubs I got from a storage unit I bought 12 years earlier. I wasn't very good with my irons no matter how much I practiced. Then I started doing research on the new clubs that were available, watching videos, reading reviews and decided to try a hybrid. My friend has some really nice clubs( name brand and pricey) but I didn't want to throw down a ton of cash for a name and be disappointed with the hybrids not working any better than the irons. I found this Lazrus hybrid and read the reviews and the price was great for me to start out. I purchased this 6 hybrid in black (I just like the color 😎) and when it arrived I was impressed with how well made it felt, looked and balanced it was. I couldn't wait for the snow to melt so I went and used the simulator at our local municipal golf course. When I used it for the first time it just felt right at home in my hands and hit about 20 shots and averaged 150 yards with varying degrees of draw and fades. All of which I'd be happy with on the course at my age. Well the snow melted and the course was open WOOHOO!! Used it for my second shot on the first hole, about 165 yards to the pin, took my swing and it was heaven. I hit about 155 with a slight fade and ended up right of the green with a15 yard chip to go. I was impressed!! I then used it on a par 3 ( par 3's are my nemesis ) 175 yard. I usually either hit too long or hooking the ball into the bunker but this time it was a straight shot with the wind blowing it to the right. Landed on the green for the first time since I started back playing in September and it rolled up leaving me with a 12 foot putt. I won't get into detail about my horrible putting till I get a new putter 🤣. I love this club and now I have ordered a 3hybrid from them and hope to get the same results as I got from this club. If you're looking for inexpensive, well made great feeling hybrids check out Lazrus. I hope they decide to come out with a driver because I'll certainly give it a go!!

These are Serious Clubs
I am a 13.9 index and have steadily improved through regular playing and regular practice. Have four rounds in the high 70s this year and most everything else is low to mid 80s. I was ready for an upgrade to my Cleveland CG10 60 degree wedge, and fighting inconsistent hitting with my 6 iron. Kept trying to fight through both issues by improving mechanics, but slowly realized that it was also a club issue. Fate seemed to intervene when a guy in my Monday golf group showed up with a Lazrus 58 degree wedge. It had a much bigger bounce plate than my CG10 and it immediately occurred to me that it might improve my game; and it was less than $40, which made me worry, but figured that at that cost I wouldn't lose much by trying it (I also tried hitting my friend's around the last par 3 that day and that convinced me to order it). Jump forward a week and I'm playing a par 5, which I nearly hit in two, and am sitting in a left-side trap about 8 yards to the pin. I opened the Lazrus 58 with the ball slightly forward and hit 2 feet short of the pin with about 10 feet of rollout. Sunk that coming back for a 4! What I realized is that the 58 was going to give me both long and close capability, where my 60 was iffy on longer sand shots and pulling left on shorter in spite of adjustments. I have only had it for a few weeks now, but it is well-built, feels nicely balanced, and was immediately productive. Got home and looked for Lazrus's other offerings and decided to buy the 6 hydrid. First attempt was a 135 yard par 3 with a two-club wind in our face. I hit a slight fade 141 yards to the back of the green. A bit too far, but swing was effortless and contact was perfect. I'm sold so far. We'll see what long-term play yields, but if this is any indication, I'm sold! BTW, I play Callaway XR irons and woods, with 3, 4, and 5 Callaway hybrids, so used to a good-quality club.

Very good for the money
Nice club. Like the club head, a little wider sole than my previous hybrid. The grip felt undersized, turns out that the shaft is narrower than standard. I had it regripped with some extra tape ( now it feels a little oversized). Doesn't come with a head over.
