Great shirt jacket, I ordered the tall one and it it fits me well, I wear it as an over shirt so mostly I keep it open, the only thing that I didn't like was the sleeves, they run wide

Sleeves are very wide, like sleeve of wizzard....I have one that was issued to me in the 70s that I have kept as a keepsake..Color is a little diffrent as well as material, Pockets are not slanted but it is sewn well...nice

This is a military style shirt, and if ironed, looks pretty good. It may be practical for tactical uses. But, because the fabric is so stiff, it's not practical as a casual shirt/jacket.

The first time I ordered this jacket I got a size that was too big I reordered and sizes down and I LOVE IT the color is great and it’s not heavy !! I could of went down one more sizeCan’t wait to add my patches

I was looking for a summer jacket for working outside, something utilitarian and cheap. This was 20$, I think it’s a good price, it’s just a combat shirt after all, nothing fancy but They usually sell for double that. At 40$ or more I would not have bought but at 20$, it’s worth having so my other jackets don’t get dirty.The catch is that I usually wear XL regular and this is XXL long. 100% cotton so I decided to try it, Best scenario it shrinks and fit more like an XL or worst scenario it does not and is slightly too large. Too large is better than too small in my book.I washed it in warm water and dried it in high heat for 30 min. It came out pretty much the same as before. It didn’t really shrink that much but I don’t find it that much bigger than an XL, apart from the long arms, definitely too long and baggy but I just roll the sleeves, easy fix.The overall fit is good, light shirt, it didn’t fade despite washing in warm water and the shirt being slightly larger will allow for layering with a polar fleece in autumn.The shirt is of very good quality, I was expecting something more flimsy, being 100% cotton but no it’s very solid and it’s ripstop, you clearly see the woven fabric. The stitches looks very strong as well. The 4 pockets have 2 buttons each, should keep things secured. The pockets are of good size with some depth, they can accommodate a lot of objects, little knife pocket inside one of the chest pocket, that’s a neat thing. Reinforced elbows as well, in my case it’s more like reinforced forearms lolFor the price and the overall quality of the shirt, it’s definitely a good deal.Edit* I have put the jacket to good use by chopping a huge 50 years old apple tree that fell in my backyard. It’s been a solid and lightweight jacket. It has protected me from the sun and from the branches, no tears from broken pointy branches and no scratches on my arms.The only negative is that I would prefer a zipper instead of the front buttons. The jacket/shirt being light coloured doesn’t feel as hot as a dark coloured one but it gets dirty real fast from your sweat and everything, especially around the neck. You need to wash it often or you get nasty sweat stains.Apart from this, it’s a very good product. I love it so much that I bought another one, asian tiger stripe. I’ll review this one once I receive it.

the chest pockets look low, overall fit - longer and thinner than expectedI am 5'-8", 180lbs, arm-span 5'-8", ordered Medium regular, , would be better with Large-short fit.
