Design ToscanoKY1396 Goddess Aurora: Gallery Statues, antique stone

The statue is cracked where the feet of the goddess meet the top of the finial she stands upon and was already damaged when packed into the more than adequate protective packing materials. Obvious that no damage was done to the packaging materials & not one bend, crack, tear, or whole in the box or the packing materials. I love the statue and am saddened that after purchasing over a dozen different statues from Design Toscano (The most expensive one purchased to this date) is damaged. I am not returning it as damaged goods or replacement, I will patch it myself and not purchase another product from the company after this obvious oversight in quality control.

This is a very pretty statue with fine detail. It is a good height to place on a plinth or sid table to display.

The sculpture is absolutely beautiful!!! I love it!

I LOVE this statue. Do you see the perfection of the picture included in the product description? It's just as gorgeous in person! It very much reminds me of the Greek or Roman statuary you might see in a museum or on a trip to that area, just on a smaller scale. It's made of resin, but they've taken pains to ensure it really does look like an actual stone statue. Luckily it's NOT stone or I wouldn't have been able to carry it and move it to different places in my yard when I was trying to decide where to put her! lol I've really enjoyed having something like this. I have enjoyed Design Toscano's statuary and decorative figurines for years, I love their wall plaques with mythical figures and creations and have several. I'm very pleased to add Aurora to my collection! I've attached a photo so you can see how lovely she is up close and personal. I'm really glad I chose her!

This Design Toscano Goddess Aurora Statue will make a beautiful addition to your garden, house, or sunroom. We currently have her standing outside, proud and lovely, gazing at the ground and fluttering her scarves around her body. However, the instructions that came with her tell us that we must take the statue inside once it gets colder.This particular design is a resin statue with an antique stone finish so it closely matches the original, which was a sculpture in a fountain. This statue is a gorgeous reproduction, which won't look out of place anywhere you choose to stand her.Luckily, the statue isn't as heavy as stone (it's resin; but be careful--it's still fragile), so it can easily be moved. The lines are graceful; the face and structure appealing. A very nice piece and highly recommended.
