Q: Are these waterproof? Does anyone use these while having to work on a ladder? How do your feet feel after a work day?

Not waterproof but oiled so water resistant. Great footing on a ladder. Minimal padding so good socks help on a long day.

Q: Do these boots come insulated non steel toe

The interior is Nylon with a thin wall of pad behind it. I use them in Florida - so no - the non-steel toe model I purchased are not insulated.

Q: I wear a 8 in women's, would the 6.5 wide 8n mens work?
