These were great for hanging the bird spinners I bought on my cherry tree. They look pretty, and these seem well made. Good stuff.

These may be good for light chimes, windsocks, etcetera.
These are suitable for light items. Unfortunately Amazon recommended them for purchase with my new expensive Woodstock chimes that weigh in at about 10lbs. 2 days later hear a crash as the swivel separated from the hook. Clearly not heavy duty as needed with bigger chimes of smaller chimes under wind load. These are your standard fishing swivels. These would likely be perfect for light duty hanging. Lessons learned I picked up my chimes and my pride and ordered something that looks similar but more durable.
