This would have been a 5 start rating, however the item came damaged. The frame was bent as seen in a couple of photos below. The shipping box was not damaged in any way whatsoever, and the overall delivery service was a great experience.. on time, got a courtesy call before they arrived, and helped me carry it to the patio. I can only "assume" this frame was damaged BEFORE it was packaged.I was able to use a rubber mallet to straighten the frame, however now I am sure it is weakened somewhat... but I didn't feel like going through the hassle of shipping it back and coordinating another time to accept delivery.I ordered the navy blue cushions, and it is nice that the weave on the main frame has a slight blue line in it. Didn't notice that in the pictures.Cushions are nice and thick, there's a strap on the top half that attaches the cushions to the frame, and they all nestle into the chair body quite nicely and stay put. Water beaded up nicely on the cushions during the first rain storm and was easily wiped off and they dried in a reasonable amount of time.Great price compared to other similar products and would recommend to others. Perhaps your packing experience will go better than mine did.

Our first one arrived with a bent frame. The company replaced it direct without hassle. The fabric started slowly ripping until there just wasn’t anyway to salvage. It took two years to become totally unusable except...the cushions. We still use them, on the ground, no less. We fear making such a grand purchase again. I wouldn’t purchase this product again.
