Lovely and genuine coach bag which was a real bargain. My bag was posted and sold by amazon so I was confident it wasn't a dupe.I used the global programme as a prime member so although I'm in the UK I can still purchased from the USA and receive free postage and returns if needed. Delivery was really fast too, about a week.The bag had all the tags attached and the care card inside. The extra cross body strap was included too and it was wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a coach sticker and inside a clear bag with the coach logo on. There wasn't a dust bag included which I do like to have HOWEVER I believe this is a coach outlet bag and these generally don't come with the dust bags unless you buy from there website directly.The only criticism I have is that the colour of the bag I bought looked like a lovely purple/lilac on the listing but the bag I received looked grey. I wasn't send the wrong colour as the label said twilight on it so there is an issue with actual colour depiction on the listing and I've noticed this with a couple of other bags I bought too. I will however still be keeping it as it's a lovely bag and the actual colour is really nice.Hope this help🙂
