Good resistance loop bands
This was my first time using resistance loop bands. Initially I thought what joke is this but when I followed some YouTube workout I could feel the intensity in every variant. Although I find the workout lethargic as there are not many exercises that one can do with the bands but for 2020 they are definitely worth it because you may not have access to gym. ;)

Good Product Value for money..
Nice product. Good variation in the pack and value for money. I am using them for a week now and it has helped me bring more variations in my workout. Good quality product, however, I was expecting the bands to be a little thick which can help for the product to be durable. Hopefully it lasts long.

Utter waste!!
Needed for physiotherapy use but the colours recommended by physio and at clinic has a different effect and stretching ability than this brand. It curl up in no time. After using and placing in the cover, the loop band gets stuck with the plastic cover and it becomes very difficult to remove.. Better invest in something good.

Worth for beginners but be careful not to overstretch.
Almost all of same size, but thickness and strength varies. It would have been great if the marketing guys added a paper with exercise options since ones on the cover rarely visible.

It is great if u combine these bands with your training routine use it for warm up or for replacement of normal exercises like squats lungs lateral raises with it for do it with weights adding resistance. These are awesome.alsoin Different weights. It seems easy but it takes a lot of your sweat if you give a try. It's worth it for everything. If u can't keep proper form during your exercises do that with it and then switch to weight training believe me it improves your range of motion flexibility mobility plus posture 😁😁👌🏻
