I love soup! Sometimes I just don’t want to invest hours into making homemade soup. This book has tons of great-sounding recipes, easy and tasty. I made the gazpacho and it was delicious. Can’t wait to try more recipes. The book arrived in a timely manner and was well-packaged.

This book has many recipes for just dump and go. Being a workaholic and a mom to I don’t have a lot of time for cooking. The recipe books like this and others help me to still be able to provide a nutritious meal.

Making new soups

I love this cookbook. I use the basic recipes and suit them to my family. The basic recipes are easy and delicious without changing them at all.First night I used this cookbook my family ate the whole pot. I really like that everything I need is already in my pantry and freezer.

Great cookbook! So far, everything I've made from this cookbook has been fantastic. If you are beginner to making soups, this is your cookbook. Easy to read instructions and great pictures. I also love the spiral cover because it makes it real easy to lay on the counter and read from.

I've very much enjoyed this recipe book so far; all five soups we've tried, I'll make again, and they're great for winter, spring and fall, and most are great cold in the summer!

All types of soups. I found several I have never seen and new combinations.

After really appreciating the Dump Cakes book, I thought (as a senior leazy) this would be a great complement to it. It is good to have, but not nearly as useful - in my opinion- as the Dump Cakes volume. Not as imaginative as I had hoped it would be.....
