These drinks have been so good to me, I love the taste and compared to Muscle Milk, these taste better. I happen to be somewhat lactose intolerant, so these have been really great for me to drink and not artificial tasting like Muscle Milk. I don't get the "heartburn" feel like I used to with Muscle Milk or the "Ensure" or "Premier Protein" protein shakes.I used to be a Muscle Milk guy but after buying a couple Fairlife one's from my Local H-E-B store, I've went with these ever since.For me, the vanilla flavor is the best, I've tried the strawberry and it wasn't good to me. I just kept having a strong after taste after each strawberry sip. The vanilla goes down smooth.I am seeing benefits from these as these help with protein and other vitamins my body needs for muscle growth. I recommend!

This is the only post workout protein shake I've found which is actually delicious. Most have terrible taste. Vanilla and Strawberry are my favorite flavors.
