Easiest thing to install if you have a tow package already in the vehicle. Great price compared to other models. Easy to use and adjust the boost. The difference in driving with and without one is amazing; no more camper pulling on the truck especially when we're going through the neighborhood.

Plug and play wire is to short.

I had a Prodigy P2 in my previous truck at the recommendation of several forum users and the salesman who sold me a trailer and loved it! Easy to install, use, and store out of the way (or out of the truck) when not in use. So when I needed a brake controller for the wife's new Armada, it was obvious where I was going to look first.Since I initially installed mine over 13 years ago, they've done some updates. The biggest one that concerned me was changing the red display LEDs to blue, and the associated complaints about being blinded at night by them. Blue LEDs are significantly brighter than any other color when powered at the same voltage level. I have experienced this with servers in racks at work. We had to tape over the ones at eye level to be able to work at the terminal. Thankfully, I received one of the newest model that fixed the overly bright LED issue and it worked like a champ day AND night!

The unit worked as described and was very easy to install. Just plugged in into the connectors and it was ready to go.

This is my second one. I ordered this one after I traded in my last truck and needed one for my new truck. Easy install, always reliable.

I spent about a day going from auto part store to camping store looking for a break controller that would be easy to install, and didn't have huge complaints about locking up breaks. Finally, I turned to Amazon to find a winner. This brake controller is it. It is easy to install, calibration takes a short trip around the block, and the manual function allows me to use my trailer brakes while going down hill while saving the brakes on my truck. Overall, I am very happy with this controller.

Very easy to install, detailed instructions, adjustment tips, and usage tips.My Nissan Pathfinder was pre-wired from front-to-back, but required a "tow-relay" be added in a relay box under the hood to activate the plug under the dash. It was fairly inexpensive and in-stock at the dealer.Performs well. I had to make a pretty quick stop for a country highway yellow light on our second weekend trip and you could feel the trailer stopping its own weight as it should!

the brake controller is easy to install especially with the harness for my Nissan Titan. Would give the controller a 5 star except the holder makes the controller stick out further than I needed and the metal bracket is better but not much. The controller sticks out further than I would have liked, hit my leg occasionally.
