I liked the convenience of having a single item that can be added to chicken stock to make a tasty ramen base. We use fresh noodles, some meat, boiled egg and veggies to make a quick meal when we don't feel like traditional cooking. Great stuff.

I love ramen and, as a high school teacher, my students are somewhat ramen experts. Occasionally, one of them forgets his lunch and asks if I have food. Ramen is sometimes the solution. They LOVE this stuff. As in, they put it in their parents' Amazon carts so they can get their own. They like that it has no chemicals, is lower sodium, and has real ingredients that they can pronounce. I like those attributes also, but I especially appreciate the lack of MSG. I keep seeing reviews from people that say they don't like this ramen seasoning because it tastes different. Well, it does taste different. It doesn't have additives and MSG to enhance flavor. It just has flavor to enhance flavor. And that's what's different.

I am on a gluten free diet. So no longer able to do ramen noodle soup noodles, therefore I try this

I find it adds additional depths of flavor to these types of soup packages.Actually, most any soup in general, be they canned (heat and eat) or dried (add water, or broth).I'm not overly concerned about its "salt/sodium content". Perhaps I should be, but something's gonna get me at some point in time. And, so far, I've outlived all my contemporaries.As Alferd E. Neumann says, I'll quote here, "What, me worry?"

It's just awful.

This is so good, toss out the packet that comes with your ramen and add this! So full of flavor! Also safe for those with dairy sensitivity since it’s dairy free.

The flavor

Yep, this is what I was looking for. Met all expectations. Pricey, though!
