Q: Is it filled with polyester? if not, what is it filled with? (and as far as i'm concerned - microfiber is polyester) please answer i'm highly consider

Filling is polyester. Cover is cotton.

Q: Are the orange colored dinosaurs bright orange? Is the back side of the blanket pale orange?

The backside is a muted burnt orange. The dinosaurs on the front are brighter, but still not a super bright orange.

Q: My son has a full size bed with a low profile bed frame, not a queen. would the twin set fit because the queen dimensions are huge.?

I think it would work, on the twin beds that I have there is a good amount of overlay on the sides.
