Bought a used ARE topper and found these clamps cheap. Always thought there was more to this but no. My topper already had a metal plate to mount so all I needed was 4. Tightened them down with a ratchet and done. Topper hasn't budged. Worth it for the price and great quality product.

Installed these yesterday, they went on with no issues on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 but I wish the fit was a bit better. I had to replace the old clamps that came with a used Tonneau Cover due to them being of poor quality and falling off. These are high quality, secure, nice black paint and went on easy. Delivered quickly and the price was good as well. They secure the frame work of the Cover and they work great. The fit would be better if the top of the claps could fit a bit more under the top of this rail system, by 1/8". With the amount that does fit, its fine. I was able to tighten the bolts supplied, a bit better and have peace of mind knowing the clamps or the cover will not come off. Make sure you do the research and have the correct clamp for the Tonneau Cover YOU have. I have the Velcro roll up style and it works for me. This product is used for the rail system that would stay on the Truck as you roll up the soft Cover. NOT for hard Cover. This was a great product for my needs and I would order this product again. I recommend this product if its used for the right Tonneau cover. G.P.

Good bang for your buck only downside I noticed was when after removing camper multiple times the black finish starts to flake off in areas around the bolts.
