My Bakers Chocolate bar arrived all dried out and unusable
Something was very wrong with the Bakers Sweet German Chocolate bar I ordered. It was dried out, scratched up and faded as if very old. The box was pretty beat up too. I am not allowed to return or get a refund even though it's within 30 days of my order, which I don't understand and very unhappy about.
