Q: Will this run Minecraft and Stardew valley with no issues?

Absolutely no issues. Minecraft without mods or texture/resource packs runs smoothly on computers even with older graphics. And Stardew Valley could probably run on a potato connected to a 8k screen.

Q: Is there any available slot of for hdd or ssd for storage expansion?

There is an available slot to add a SATA III SSD drive 2,5"/7mm. I took the SATA III SSD drive from my old laptop to use as a 2nd drive in this PC. It recognized the new SSD drive immediately and works great. This greatly increased my storage and I didn't have to worry about transferring my data files, since they were on the old SSD drive.

Q: Does the laptop includes the hdd/ssd expansion kit in the box? (i want the nvme model and it has a sata slot empty, but what about the caddy?)

Yes, this model includes a hard drive caddy and bracket.

Q: Can someone recommmed a charger, please?

I do not know the answer I bought one on amazon and I am still using it sorry can't help
