Is this with batteries and an electric cord???

No. None of the CoolSnowGlobes brand snow globes are electric: no batteries, no electric cord. None of them light up, none of them have blowers. Simply turn the globe upside down for a moment and then back upright to make the flitter (the "snow") fall.

Can someone tell me what the dimensions of the base are? I need to get a name plate engraved and need the length and height of the base
