Not very transparent
I bought this to make a clear slime/drool effect on a monster miniature. I used a clear plastic framework covered in sculpted Mod Podge and allowed to cure overnight into a clear hard shell that looks like dripping liquid. I've used other transparent paints, like Reaper's Clear Blue, or Citadel's Blood For The Blood God, and I guess I expected this to be like those? Nope. I watered it down with about a 1:1 ratio, and still it was kind of halfway between "translucent" and "opaque". I usually use this Mod Podge technique with BFTBG for blood effects, and it's always completely transparent, this is absolutely not transparent.Plus, the other reviews are not kidding when they say the color is a hideous neon lime green. Look at that picture. If you're looking for something clear with a rich green tone, go with another brand/color. This one will disappoint you.

Works Kinda:)
I got this to put a transparent layer over another color of aluminum sign, & it is okay. Didn't go on evenly, & had to do a few coats. It looks fine at a distance, but up close a bit messy. The signs are surveillance warning signs I wanted to blend with other colors I have on grounds & it worked for that.:)

Bright green
The paint dries a bit brighter than I was hoping. I wasn't fully sure what to expect, but I definitely was hoping for something less ... neon.
