Excellent product
The product was delivered in 24hrs n installed in 48 hrs. Living in Delhi.The AC cooling is even n effective in the hall n air flow is reaching 15m. The Demo of the AC is on Call by Carrier and the guys came in time n were polite.There is no side swing in the AC air flow.I am happy & satisfied with the product.

Poor installation persons
Product is good, but installation is very poor, in professional persons, not fit all screw and year out copper cover tubes, than dismantled indoor unit for in wanted. Ian very disappointed in installation.

Poor Support and Defective Product by Carrier
The AC hasnt worked for even A month and even after Complaining tens of times nobody has bothered to repair it. Its a bad Product sold by Amazon and carrier service is wost. LG/Samsung service is far superior. Don't buy this AC from amazon to save A few thousands. Better to buy from a local store and a more reputed brand. Midea is a chinese Company and they definitely prove that with their service quality. Reallly bad!! Don't ever buy.

Excellent product.We were looking at carrier 2 ton a.c. without inverter since this was.going to our my living area it's going to be limited use. Amazon was better in cost wise and I would thanks to carrier teamAfter delivery next day got installation call and within 48 hrs installation was done.Installation guys were groomed properly and have all mandatory pre requisites and after installation proper guidelines of use of productIn fact in becoming I was worried after reading reviews but now perception has changed totally.I would recommend to buy this product
