Concept was good, product was bad.
So, I discovered this product during a random scrolling session on Amazon. I bought it and waited to use it with excitement. As soon as it arrived, I tested it at my home. The next day I took it to college for testing. It seemed to be working fine. Once the battory ran out, the problems started. The charger given with it didn't work, so I couldn't charge it. Also, vibrations started to cause an uncomfortable feeling when I used it. So, took the safe option of returning the product and thankfully I got the money back.

This doesn’t work after 2-3 days… needs to upgrade the quality.

Absolutely useless product.
Absolutely useless product. The assistive mobility tool did not works post charging for more than 72 hours. The cane itself is very inferior quality. Its a pity to witness such a treatment of people with visual impairment.
