We were looking for an eco friendly alternative to memory foam toppers and this worked out really well. We covered the mattress with a zipper cover with a little padding then placed this topper over it. It's cool and nice, very fluffy and no plastic memory foam smell. Good price point and shipped within days.

Mmmmkay....so the comfort, pain relief, and sleep quality are great. I gave this 4 stars overall simply because I do not believe it is 3in. Matter of fact, I know it's not because after unboxing and 30mins on a low-heat air fluff cycle in the dryer, it measures almost at 2 1/2in.Despite that, I'm pretty satisfied. I would say it could stand to be filled more and especially around edging...but I purchased this to top a new 10in memory foam mattress.It.Was.Killing.Me.The mattress IS flippable, but one side is TOO soft and the other TOO firm. Maybe the happy medium is to sleep INSIDE the mattress...and don't even get me started on the heat of memory foam. They honestly should market them as a "winter mattress." Online ordering is not for the faint of heart and it either takes great bravery or intense stupidity to buy one's mattress in that manner. Live and learn my friends, LIVE and LEARN.At any rate, this topper has cured most of my ails related to said mattress. My back feels better, I don't toss as much at night anymore and I wake up feeling more rested instead of wanting to put the alarm clock in the microwave for 2.5. This topper is comfortable and cool, it's breathable and seems to be constructed pretty well. The cotton outershell looks and feels nice. The corner straps are a true bonus. They're wide and go under the 10in mattress really great, there is no shifting of the topper. I've only owned it for a week so I can't really speak to it packing down or it wearing internally in one spot or another as of yet, and I hope to not have to. I wash my bedding weekly, as I did today, and I put this on an air fluff for 30mins while sheets washed. If it "had" packed down any, it was puffed back up when I put it back on bed...so unless that gets really extreme, I may never notice.As stated, my only negative is that I had wished for more fill but I'd say I'm rather happy with my purchase.I'm sleeping much harder and much better, I do know that much and THAT is exactly what I wanted to achieve.So this is it. This is what I've trained for, people...the Dream Olympics.I'm out here tryin' to bring home the gold for America!

I have back pain. MRI does not show structural problem. I had a rubber mattress from IKEA. It gives me pain everyday sleeping on it. I used to have spasm too. The spasm issue was eliminated by sleeping most of time in the zero gravity kind of position with the adjustable base (I got it 4 years ago, it was a god send). But the adjustable base does not eliminate pressure points. I debate with myself after I got the adjustable base whether to get a new mattress because spasm which was the main issue was eliminated and I felt like it was a shot in the dark to buy a new mattress that would relief me as they are expensive and a hassle to return/exchange. Finally, I figured maybe I could try these toppers as they are cheaper and sellers said they are returnable. I was so glad that I bought this one even though I was actually looking for a real goose down topper but it doesn't exist on amazon. So the catch is one layer is too thin. The topper is not as thick as advertise, yes I already fluff it up. So one layer didn't eliminate the pressure point. I actually tried folding it in half and slept on it a few nights. Vola! it worked quite well. But I had a sofa with goose down and it actually does not give me pressure point pain when I slept on it, so I really want to try a goose down topper. Got the Smithsonian one from overstock, it has goose down on top and I think about 1 inch artificial down. It was 4 inch thick. I tried that one alone and it was too soft and kinda sack in the middle. And the goose down was also pinching. Finally, I put this topper on top of the down topper. So I get a total of 6 inch topper on top of my IKEA rubber mattress (note that this topper gives you actually only 2 inch). This configuration works the best so far. I slept much better throughout the night. I wish it sleeps cooler though. I would guess that if I were to use only this topper, I would need three of them.

Got this for a spare room for guests. Very comfortable, fit the mattress well, well made.

It fits excellent. Is soft. My new temperpedic mattress is hard and tough on the old hip bones. This just softens wonderfully. Would have liked more stuffing in it, but it's nice.

This topper has corner straps to secure to the mattress and the corner straps will look as though it's stretching and thinning the topper but just have some faith and try it out! It's very comfy and improves muchly! I have a 6in mattress in a box and 6in was not enough. I had much more to improve. I was waking up every day with a stiff and painful back. For my bed, I wish the topper had been an inch or two thicker but the improvements are not to be sneezed at! Only once in a while now, will I wake up with pain and it's not nearly as bad when it does happen. Even my visiting partner had asked if I had gotten a whole new bed! Still thinking of replacing my mattress but this topper has made that a want, not a need. Even if I do replace my mattress I'm very likely to put this on the new one for extra fluff!

This product is just ok. I have a very deep mattress 20”, and the straps do not fit around the mattress. At best I think the straps would only go around a 15-16” mattress comfortably. It works well enough the just sit on top of the mattress. I did try to force the elastic and ripped the straps completely. The cooling part is not correct. Do not buy this for a cooler sleep. It looks plush in the photo but doesn’t give extra softness at all. I give it 3 stars because I am keeping it but the description is completely wrong.
