Outsunny 9' x 10' Outdoor Pergola with Canopy, Patio Sun Shade Shelter Grill Gazebo, for Garden, Backyard, Lawn, Poolside, Beige

Our small back patio gets baked in full sun in the summer, so we needed a simple shade to set up, however all of the pergolas I found were too low and would cut across our back windows. This product is 9 ft tall so clears the windows with room to spare. We didn’t want to install anything permanent so these are perfect for now. We ended up getting a second one for the other side and can grill under it without any issue. The only “problem” with the height is it does still let the sun in quite a bit as the sun rises and sets. We may try adding curtains but they would have to be sheers because the poles are not sturdy enough for much more weight. Either way, we are enjoying being outside more with the shade!

We had this pergola for about a week for coverage over our hot tub that we just purchased. The first rain fall, the pergola bent and the canvas ripped causing the pergola to crash into our hot tub cover. The hot tub cover is now ripped and water got in, ruining the cover. Overall very unsatisfied with this purchase.

I bought this to use a shade to cool down an area in my backyard. We have been in a drought with extremely high temperatures all summer. It worked well and helped tremendously. It was definitely bigger than I expected or needed. I thought it was more of a rectangle from looking at the photos, but it’s more square - much taller and deeper than I needed which presented a bit of a problem, but we were able to make it work. It definitely requires more than one person to put it together because of its size and height, it will twist and turn with one person trying to maneuver it around.

I ordered this for a couple of reasons, 1) it had a replaceable canopy and 2) it was a heavy-duty frame with a slant roof that fit my oddly sized patio area. The item arrived and was a beast to put together for one person. Hint if you buy one, they provide tools to screw in the double-sided bolts, but mine were packaged in with the bungees, which would be the last item you would open when putting this thing together, so you can guess how that went. Some of the poles were bent and required force to join together. I put the canopy on, up the structure up and it leaked through the center seam the first light rain we had. I figured I could seal that, but went to buy a replacement canopy just in case. Surprise surprise, they don't sell replacement canopies, even though the original listing indicated they did. Anyway, this went up in May and this is what it looks like this morning. Split right down the seam. My patio gets direct sunlight all day (hence the need for a gazebo like this and one that boasts a PVC Coated Polyester Roof) and this is what it looks like after 3 months of being up. I'd be less angry if the outdoor season were over, but where I'm locate we have until mid-October to enjoy the outdoor space. I've contacted the company, we'll see if they respond. If not, add Outsunny to a growing list of products available on Amazon that I will not purchase in the future. What a waste of time and money.

I bought this about 6 months ago. It went up easy and I was very pleased. After the first rain it gathered about 3 gallons of water on it and stretched out all the bungee cords. After I drained it and tightened the bungees by double wrapping them around the pole it was working again. After the first snow it held all the snow on top of it. I figured it wood so I was not worried about it and went to sweep it off. But when I push up to see how heavy the 1 inch of snow was my hand went through the cover. I took my finger and went to two more spots and my finger just went right through it. The canapy became very brittle and fell apart after one summer. I would not waste you money on this unless you want the frame!I gave it a 1 star but for some reason it showed that i gave it a 5 star rating. Something is very fishy with the rating

Easy to assemble and looks great.

After a few months. The Bungee stretch and water builds up in a puddle on top. Eventually, stretches too much, metal poles bend then collapse. Even with the slant, water builds up.
