Hassle-free assembly, Value for money!
I ordered this product for my parents who have lower back and knee issues. The product is easy to assemble, value for money and quite sturdy. It aids in sitting and getting up from the pot. A point to note here is that both are currently mobile on their own and don't use any other assistive aids to walk. Hence they can manage a free standing guard-rail. I'm not sure if this product is suitable for those with other assistive aids.I'm happy to have this product. I have spread the word within my circle of family and friends.

It fits well around the toilet and seems sturdy. It's new, so only time will tell how good it is. But as of now, we are satisfied. Only one issue, one spanner is inadequate to tighten. We had to use our own to fabricate the frame. For someone who doesn't have their own, it can become a problem. Added later: the frame tends to get stains so obviously it’s not pure stainless steel but didn’t really expect that for the price.

Mismatched legs with misaligned screw holes!
A simple product needing a few nuts / bolts can not be screwed up more badly than this! The two legs have screw holes on the diagonally opposite sides instead of being on parallel side.The first package had the same defect and I asked for exchange expecting correctcomponents. Lo behold! , same defect and hence returned again. Amazon is amazingly efficient to accept prompt return.a Big Thank You Amazon!💪😁🙏The help line number given for assembly help keeps ringing but no response. No return of missed calls either! They better wind up and shut shop!! The assembly help Video is not a great effort or Dhoot yo be of any real help…You order this product only on your peril and risk😡😀😡
