Don't you just want to eat the cover off this book? This book offers tasty ideas in many categories, from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to dessert - all built around one of our favorite comfort foods, English Muffins. I confess I actually bought this as a gift item, but then just couldn't part with it, ha.

I prefer English Muffins over regular bread or buns, so this little book is great for getting ideas of what to put on them besides the usual eggs benedict. I never thought about using them for French Toast until I read this. I especially like the Hawaiian Pork Burgers and the Paleo recipes.
