Works as it should
Works as it should but would be easier to clean if it could be taken apart.

Turns most meat into hamburger
Feed is too tight, and meat won't pull through. You have to cut the meat (and only works on steak) really thin to get it to go through. When Pork or Steak is normal size, it won't go through and just scrapes meet off of steak turning it into a shredded afterthought. Chicken won't go through and just turns into ground meat. The thin steak does go through, but I didn't feel it really did anything that a couple of wacks with a pounder wouldn't have done. And its hard to clean the meat chunks afterward.

Works well if meat is not too thick, cleaning is a challenge
Does the job. Note that the tenderizer width is fixed and not adjustable, which helps with the proper thickness of meat to be consistently tenderized, but shreds thicker cuts. You have to dry quickly to minimize rusting of the gears, and bits of meat are hard to remove without a good stiff brush.

Makes Cube a steak
I bought this for one purpose: to make ¼" cube steak from ½" bottom round. This it does very well and very easily. I can't see using it for chicken or pork. A few issues: there are no instructions but viewing the pictures on Amazon it was easy to figure out. You need a flat overhang to clamp it to. A rounded edge countertop won't work. I ended up using a wood shelf. It seems to be made of iron, which will rust. It's fairly easy to clean under running water with a brush, but drying it quickly is critical. I towel dried it as best I could then put it into the sun and breeze to finish the job. There are some plastic bushings that can't be removed so be careful about any kind of heat drying. Overall this appears sturdy and well made. The space between the rollers is not adjustable as the box seems to indicate, so stick with ½" cuts.

Works great
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. We usually process our own deer and he mentioned that we needed a tenderizer instead of the hammer like one we use. My daughter got a deer Christmas day and we put this tenderizer to use - it seriously cut our work time down to 1/2. Super easy to use and clean.

Very Poor Product
Inadequate clamp to attach to counter. Will only take extremely thin cuts that wouldn't need tenderizing. Shreds meat into pink mush instead of cubing. No adjustment to width. Meat wraps around rollers and you can't get it off. Impossible to clean. Looks cheap, like it should have been $8.99 instead of $44.99.
