Melamine Dinnerware Sets, White Dishes Plates and Bowls, Great for Outdoor RV Camper, Dishwasher Safe and BPA Free, Service for 4

Bought these for recent grad grandson who was setting up his own household. The plates in this set are more like a salad plate than a dinner plate. Otherwise, all is good.

NIce durable set for my young adult daughters place but not sure I would buy for myself. 2 dishes had peeling already however returning isn't worth the fuss.

As another reviewer stated, some dishes arrived with black spots on the exterior. There is a smooth glaze on the eating surface, but not the exterior which allows for staining and cracking. All of our large plates started cracking/eroding on the exterior after a few weeks of use. I assume this is because we washed on the lower rack of the dishwasher. But the bowls and small plate that have held up fine, and we also wash on the bottom rack. Plate suddenly cracked after a meal. Have had for approximately 6 months of use every other day.

Food always looks appealing on white dishes.When you have arthritis and need a lighter weight dinnerware set buy this brand. You will like it.

I've had a lot of melamine plates in my day... kids + grandkids + cement floors = melamine all the way. I recently bought these to have a "plain white plate" option but have been very disappointed in them. I have had them for 2 weeks and they have already picked up dark stains from I don't know what/where and have cracked. I do NOT recommend these at all.

These dishes are good looking and lightweight but the Amazon description fails to disclose (anywhere I could see anyway) that they are NOT microwave safe.

Can't get some food items off, even with soaking first.Good appearance.
