Good for Counselling students, recording lectures, and interviewing.
It is offbrand but as a college student and on a tight budget this is perfectly fine, it gets the job done and sound quality is decent, there are 2 options SQ (standard quality) and HQ (high quality). the buttons feels kind of clunky but I have had no issues so far. you can actually add music/other audio files in it and it turns into an MP3 player lol, the speakers are terrible. but the package has many accessories.1) headphones (trash) better to use your own2) LAV mic3) USB cable4) and a telephone recorder thing.you're not buying this to get the best of the best in recorders, but this is decent and it gets the job done at a bargain.I was interviewing someone in a very loud area and it was difficult for me to hear but after listening to the audio the conversation was more than audible. many of my classmates have also bought the same thing and they too had no issues.

Clumsy Buttons & does not download.
The feel of buttons is clumsy & not with a positive feel, also the main purpose of downloading on a PC or laptop does not work at all. Better to go or a reputed brand.
