Don't Recommend ordering from this site customer service is horrible. with the controller moving to the right and customer service is the worst and I got proof of what they told me. Don't waste your money Xbox and Nintendo are still out there.
This thing overheats all the time. Even when my rooms are cool and it's sitting in a separate table. I wouldn't invest my money in this or the pro model. The money isn't worth it. Disappointed in Sony.

Exactly what we wanted!
We were nervous buying refurbished but have had absolutely zero issues! Great buy!

Horrible refurbishment
Amazon forces you to give it at least one star. However it should be zero Stars It was a horrible refurbishment. The PS5 was filthy. They also did not do a factory reset. It still had someone's profile loaded on it. Not to mention it was in Spanish. So the fact that I don't speak Spanish made it hard to navigate through the system. But not that that really mattered because the HDMI port was loose and it would not stay linked to the TV.

Way more game variety then xbox
Always a hit in our house kids love the system. I enjoy it over Xbox I used to love Xbox but when I started this system I converted.
