Useful but Needs Re-editing
I would give it a 4 for content. The topics covered are extremely useful for those who want to understand the structure and foundation of corporations (specifically not-for-profits). Rosewall also includes resources in the back which are extremely helpful. My main issue about the book are the grammatical errors and punctuation that aren't easy to ignore, especially when there are a good number of them. Personally, it messes with the flow and quality of work.It is also a bit repetitive, which I don't mind since it keeps things fresh and ingrained in my memory.Overall, I would recommend this to a friend or colleague.
