Hail to the Chief! Run Off lets you and your family participate in the race for public office. As a presidential candidate, each player earns electoral votes by answering questions. Fortunately, the questions that Run Off candidates face are a bit less difficult than what the press asks a real candidate. Instead of proving your worthiness, you merely need to demonstrate your knowledge of the United States, with categories such as Civics, History, and Requirements for Citizenship. Occasionally, as in real life, candidates are tripped up by controversies (known here as "Mess Ups"), but these scandals are relatively tame, for example, "Your spouse is seen in public wearing alligator shoes." Once a candidate earns 275 electoral votes, he or she is elected president and wins the game. --Lisa Whipple
