I wanted something that wasn't too expensive I could use as a trial to see how well I got on with using something like this before I invested in something more expensive. It's perfect for working from home and doing under the desk, and would make an ideal gift for someone recovering from ankle surgery or an older person wanting to do something to keep active.My only criticism is that it does feel very cheap. The plastic flexes, the panel at the bottom falls off, and it makes an annoying sound where the plastic touches upon stepping, but it can be muffled with cloth or sponge.Overall, great!

So the device works, it doesn't increase your step count so if you are using it for that then it won't work. After 30 mins use I feel my calfs and thighs have clearly had some use as they are pulsating. Major drawbacks are that the colour is random (garantee you won't get the colour you're after!) and after 30 mins my man parts are screaming at me to open my legs wider! All in all a good cheap device for under desk excercise.

Fonctionne très bien quand la personne est assise, debout, je crains que cela ne tienne pasCependant la cale a tendance à sortir de son encoche, donc utiliser avec énergie mais précaution tout de même il faudrait prévoir une goutière dans laquelle passerait les plots (la cale) qui permettent le ballecement des repose- pieds
