Poor support process
We got the machine and it was working great making great popcorn. Then randomly the kettle would not heat up. Manual says not to return and call for service but i have left multiple messages and no call back. I want to buy a replacement kettle help!

popped a batch and the kids and I loved it!
We got this home, all set up, popped a batch and the kids and I loved it!! Was so excited. Then the next day...the pot won't heat up. No more popcorn and I've called the service#for 5 days now and just get an answering machine telling me to email them. Why not just answer the phone?
