Been on this for 2 weeks. So far I have noticed an increase in the things I can smell. I couldn't smell but a few things and for a very short period of time. I researched smell training before I started this and have to agree that I have had a small improvement, which I will take. Any small improvement is good when you lose your sense of smell.

This product was recommended by my ear nose and throat specialist when I started having a phantom odor smell. Unfortunately, my smell was smelling smoke. It was God awful. These really did the trick. I highly suggest them.

Very well neatly packed. Very easy to use compared to others I’ve seen. However, this product didn’t seem to work for me, but I have read other reviews that it has helped others. I guess Covid has affected me worse than others. I don’t know. God bless.

I've had little to no luck using this. My smeller went from 0-1, maybe a 2. My husband said he could barely smell anything in them. Makes me wonder if they were dried up.

After being sick I started smelling fuel oil all the time and nothing else. I felt like I had an idling semi-truck next to me all the time. (For eight months) My MD couldn't help.Desperate and hopeful I found this retraining kit. I had serious doubts it would be effective but hey, in desperate times you take more risks, right?Twelve weeks came and I still couldn't smell and food was still disgusting. I nearly threw it in the trash but decided to keep trying. Well, exactly 15 weeks from when I started I could smell my daughter's air freshener! I could taste my breakfast! I was shocked!So yes, this worked for me! It took longer than anticipated but I am so happy!Hang in there! Your ability to smell again is only a few weeks away!! Best wishes!

I had distorted smell and taste after I had covid. I lost smell and taste when I was sick then it came back and was normal until about 2 -3 months later. Things started to smell and/or taste bad like rotten flesh or like chemicals. Did some research and found out I need to introduce smell therapy to my life. That’s what I did. I bought this kit and also liquid vitamin a (use the vitamin a intranasal). When I started this smell therapy kit I was at my worse. I could hardly eat anything because of the taste. Within one week of using this kit, I was able to eat certain things again and my smell was getting better. The eucalyptus used to smell like a little bit of rotten flesh mixed with mint and within a week it smelled just like eucalyptus! It 100% works for me! I still do it everyday twice a day and my smell and taste are still changing back to normal. It’s a long journey and it’s worth it, to get my smell and taste back to normal or get it close to normal as possible! Hope it helps others like it has helped me!

As my title says, this is a well put together kit! Whoever came up with this, Thank You! Ever since I contracted Covid in 2021, it seems like every simple cold I get now effects my nose as far as losing my ability to smell. 😩 I usually get my sense of smell back but sometimes it takes long, in my mind. 😂 So, I can't wait to try this out once my senses get all out of wack. 😊
