Poor quality and unreliable software
Received item that was faulty or the software/hardware is very poor. Would not connect properly with Steam and when it occasionally connected, you had to lift your knees almost to you chin to get it to recognise a moment. Software has to be downloaded from kat vr site, and windows warn about it been unsecured. Total nightmare. Avoid safe yourself time and money.
