Florida orange blossom honey is my favorite. I have stopped wanting any other type of honey. The flavor is delicate and a tiny bit flowery and never bitter or heavy. I love it in tea or on toast. I usually buy honey at the local grocery store, but during the recent stay at home situation, I decided to look online and found this. The jug like container pictured makes it look like it is huge, but it is small and squat. You need to compute the actual number of ounces to get a feel for what you are getting for the price paid. I ordered the 48 oz size and it filled my usual grocery store sized honey jar three times. In the end, the price was consistent with what I would pay at the grocery store and the taste is no different to me. But this is raw, unfiltered honey where the kind I get at the grocery store isn't raw and is filtered.

In 2017, I took a silver medal in a home brewing competition (at the state level) with a Blonde Ale that featured orange peel, Mandarina Bavaria hops (which deliver some mandarin orange notes), and a generous helping of Orange Blossom Honey. The combination of ingredients delivered a very pleasant (but not too intense) orange flavor and aroma that the judges loved. I bought this container of Orange Blossom honey to re-create that winning beer in 2018 for friends and family to enjoy.The honey arrived promptly and was packaged well. No issues with leakage or damage. The tape sealing the lid on was easily removed, and the inner seal under the lid came off easily as well. About my only complaint is that the "dispensing hole" in the plastic cap ended up in an awkward spot (near the handle of the jug) when the cap was properly tightened on the jug - making it almost useless. Apart from that, the honey produced a delicious beer that I look forward to sharing with others... and since I have plenty left over, I may try some other brews using it.

This honey is so good, tastes so good, is so clean inside the bottle, and most importantly it tastes so natural and obviously without added sugars. The plastic Bottle feels so heavy compared to the size which made me to know that this is truly a Natural Bee produced Honey. Will definitely buy again and recommend to my friends.
