Nice pretty cup and keeps drinks very cold

I like S’well cups, I have a bunch; they hold heat, the ice is still there at the end of the day. This one is complete trash. It holds the volume and keeps the ice cool however, it has a major design flaw- the lid. If you were thinking of buying this because, “hey, this is cute, it’s got a straw and I don’t have to refill a bunch a times,” do yourself a favor and don’t. On either side of the straw insert S’well cheaped out and used a regular coffee lid and shoved a straw in. So on either side of the straw there is a quarter inch gap. Have in your bag or in a car cup holder (upright mind you) with a quarter full in it? Get ready for your bag to be ruined because it’s coming out of that opening. S’well is no help (shout out to you AmyW) and won’t back up their warranty. Look elsewhere and save your money.

no joke! this is a truly mediocre thermal mug (mediocre because it has a coffee mug style mouth opening with no way to close)-the straw is is shoved in the large opening-it doesn’t stay in place and there are gaps on either side of the straw-pretty terrible-shame on this company for making it look like this is a straw cup-it is not!!!

Love these tumblers. Especially the ones with the straws. I own 4 of these and I highly recommend them.

I love S'well products because they're durable, super cute and do what they say they're going to do - keep my drink hot/cold. I use this one for cold drinks mainly - especially for water. It holds a lot and keeps it super cool, easy to clean and I love that it comes with a metal straw not a plastic one. Totally worth the money

Works as expected. Keeps cold drinks cold hours.
