Save your money
I got this charger today. I have been trying to use this charger all day. Well, it will not stay plugged in, and I have to hold it in for it to charge. Even then I have to keep unplugging it and replugged it into the laptop to charge. I bought this because of the good reviews. It may work for someone else but I am sending it back.

The real thing!
I bought a cheaper imitation before that did not work, so I decided to spend a little more to get the real thing! Yes, it works!

Came without adapter for small (3m-4.5mm) port so I had to return it...
I thought it came with an adapter for the small dell port but it didn't. I really need a charger and returning it was very frustrating :(
