This pendant light is about the 15th ceiling light I've installed over the years in the 3 homes I've owned and the absolute nightmarish install we've had. I'm not sure where everyone else shoved 4 feet of extra cord into their junction box but I had to cut the cord before install... the only caveat? The cords are only marked the first 3 inches. They are slightly colored inside so I hope you have fantastic eyes during install. Then once you've got your length you'll have to tighten a plastic bead screw. They give you 4. None of my 4 plastic beads worked. I tried to borrow one off my daughter but she wouldn't give any up from her Barbie hair play set so I ended up using the plastic tie inside the housing and knotted it tight.The rest of the install was as usual - but all that previously stated stuff was a hour long affair of fighting with the lamp to give in and just do what I asked!At the end of the day its in my ceiling - it looks nice - it turns on. I removed 1 star for ridiculous plastic bead screws and 1 star for wasting well over an hour of my time and costing me 2 bandaids.

Exactly as pictured. It's a great light fixture and fits perfectly with my newly renovated kitchen (over the breakfast area table). Had a professional electrician install it so I can't say much about the difficulty level of how that went. It gives off plenty of light - using an LED equivalent to 60w bulb in it. The cord should straighten out over time. Quick delivery, great service. I think it could be priced slightly less than I paid for it so I deducted a star. Don't hesitate to buy if you love it at first glance :)

Good quality, looks nice, easy install. The only problem I had was adjusting for height. The first thing a person thinks to do when they only need 2' of the 12' or so of wire it comes with, is cut the cord. Unfortunately only the ends are labelled for color. So, either trace 10' of cord by slicing the shielding down the middle, or stuff 10' of cord up into the box. It would be nice if there was at least some indication of the color code on the wire all the way down to the fixture.

Got my lamp yesterday and took less than an hour to install. It came packed really well. Directions missed a wire but it's easy to figure out. The length of the cord was way too long so I needed to cut it to half and re-do the ends...under the main sheath, it was hard to figure out which wire was which, but I did figure it out. Once that was done, just some final adjusting and installing which was pretty straight forward. I'm very happy with it!

We ordered this light fixture to install in our remodel. We are not yet at the point where we are ready to hang it. It was packaged well and arrived in very good condition, but we do not yet have a review of how it operates. The appearance and size of the fixture is exactly as advertised, and we are pleased with it. We cannot wait to install it in approximately three weeks.

I love this new piece in my dining room. My husband said he was easy to install. Gives great light and looks just like the photo.It's easy to adjust the length. We replaced our old chandelier to add a more modern look to our Home, built in the 1930s. With fresh paint and a new area rug it fits perfectly with the look I was aiming for. Because my dining room will double as a small home office, I needed to ensure I had good lighting. I love it.It's not a typical fancy type but it's perfect for our home!

This is a nice light fixture. It goes well in our dining room and is simple and clean looking. It hangs from a very plain wire which isn't super aesthetically pleasing, but contributes to the clean look. It wasn't too hard to install, but had two ground wires, which was odd. Keep in mind that with only one light bulb (Max 100w) it doesn't give off as much light as other fixtures. This isn't a problem for me.

We ordered to replace an entrance light and we love it. It came quickly as expected. My husband hung it and had no issues. The cord gives you flexibility to adjust the height and mount to a sloped ceiling vs. a down-rod. It has a cream fabric shade and diffuser on the bottom. It is a nice, clean look that complements a modern/transitional style. I looked at some similar products that were quite a bit more and think this a great product for a reasonable price.

This lamp is poor quality.
