My mother needed a replacement remote because some of the buttons stopped working. This is an exact duplicate of the one she had, and its excellent. Quality of the item, along with great service. Would recommend.

After searching high and low for my dad's missing remote, I decided to check Amazon rather than deal with Comcast, to find a new one. I was delighted to find this one available at a very fair price, and purchased it without hesitation. So glad I did! It came this afternoon so I took over to dad's house and set it up.It took about 5 minutes, including installing the batteries and setting the code, and it works perfectly. The one that came with the adapter (exactly the same as this one) never did work correctly. It would do everything except turn the TV on, meaning he had to remember to turn it on by hand before he got comfy in his favorite chair. For an elderly person, that was a lot of effort. ;-)Arrived super fast (ordered on Sat, got it on Monday) and works perfectly, making life a little bit easier for my dad. I'm a happy daughter.

I bought this remote to replace one my elderly mom lost at her long term care facility. It works fine with her cable but it won’t work if you try to punch in the channel numbers. The only way to get to the channels she wants it to scan through them all and stop on the specific channel.

The buttons on my father's remote were sticking and made it difficult to change the channels. With the new remote he doesn't have any problems.

Easy setup up. Works like a charm. Great price.

It worked great, no complaints. It did NOT say Xfinity or Comcast but that was not important to me. I know it is to some of you. I needed a new remote and this one was the right price and I have had zero problems with it.

Works great. My last roommate lost the one that this replaced or it accidentally got carried with him and he lost it somehow. Therefore he is a good friend and still gets to live, since I got a replacement without spending a bunch of money that is lol... If you lost this exact same remote, then buy this one. You won't be disappointed.
