Ab Wheel
I can feel my abs and back getting stronger. Start out slow (I was SO sore after the first session) and gradually increase repetitions. It is sturdy and works as expected. Good enough stuff!

My son faverite exercise
My son ask to have it for his exercise must buy Pushup FOAM RUBBER Kneeling Knee Pad to help with.

promised to be good but friction caused it to cease!
Good size and has appearance of durability, but the friction created by the wheels during use eventually caused the handle and wheels to cease up! Handles too secure on the spindle to be able to pull them apart to get it working.

Very good for toning
Good exercise tool to strengthen back and stomach muscles. Also works on bingo wings. I find if you exercise slowly it is more effective.
