Excellent purchase

Well I expected smell lil cheap Slicer at my surprise this lil to open is outstanding. I'm a vegan so it was a must for me I don't ear watermelons without seeds but I had to give it a try. So I purchased a watermelon and it did and exceptional job. Through ease of just was wonderful. My neighbor was extremely happy with the watermelon also. I will tell all my friends and neighbors about this one a must have.

Works as described. Needs a little more strength than I can do, but my husband has no trouble! You need to cut off the end of the watermelon so that there is a flat surface to balance on when slicing!

Not worth it

Cuts the watermelon, but requires a lot of hand strength and doesn't cut straight. It's also uncomfortable to hold. I think I'll stick to my knife instead. I don't recommend any of these types of melon cutters.
