Great product
Im not a skin expert at all. Im actually pretty simple and like simple stuff. I bought this as an attempt to do the Korean 10 step skin care regimen which I failed at completing after a week. I have extremely dry skin for various reasons not drinking enough water for one I have dry eczema patches on my cheeks and nose which I fight hard to keep away. Anyway I got lazy w the steps so I kept 3. Clean, essence (this poduct) and moisturizer. After another week I was down to Neutrogena face wash and this toner and let me tell you.! That was all I needed! I have been faithful w the 2 and I haven't seen a dry patch or skin hanging off my nose in weeks now. It's all the moisture I need and it smells good to me. Feels refreshing too. I will be keeping this as a staple product. My pics are w the spray on and once it dries. Im not really into makeup which is why I don't want my skin all dried up. And I'm in my 50's so I'm not a spring chicken but this spray helps me pretend I am lol** I added an extra pic to show the dryness in my face prior to using this product. Look across my eyebrows and chin area. My skin just wasn't doing well during this time. The dryness made my face look older in my opinion. I'm a skeptic so I added this for the folks like me.

Essential Ingredient Heavy; Strong Fermented Scent
The Carla Lab Lacto Biome All-In-One-Essence comes in a 3.38 slightly frosted plastic mist bottle. Given the basic design of the mist-head (not micronized or fine), I prefer to shake the separated solution, then dispense a few pumps of this into my palms. I massage them together and pat the essence onto my face and neck (after cleansing and toning, before moisturizing). When I say separated, you may notice when you get this a milky white, creamy build up along the surface and a slightly cloudy liquid layer. Gently amalgamate the two and mist.Weird but pleasant, the liquid does have a strong fermented scent. This essence can be used in place of or after your toner. The Essence Mist does provide some soothing, hydrating, and nourishing benefits with niacinamide (B-vitamin), various fermented elements, olive and avocado oils, coupled with sodium hyaluronic (hyaluronic acid variant). The product is also essential extract heavy.Note, just because it is natural does not make it suitable for everyone. And just because something sounds like a chemical does not mean it is bad for you. Everything is technically a chemical, even water. So don't get wrapped up in the granular aspect of an ingredient. Be more concerned about how suitable it is for you and your needs.Ingredients (as of this writing, as components are subject to change over time): Water, 1,2-Hexanediol, Niacinamide, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Lactobacillus Ferment(1,274.5ppm), Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate(100ppm), Adenosine, Glycerin, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Betaine, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Punica Granatum Fruit Juice, Tocopherol, Polysorbate 60, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Butylene Glycol, Propanediol, Stellaria Media (Chickweed) Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Punica Granatum Flower Extract, Althaea Rosea Flower Extract, Prunus Mume Flower Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Althaea Rosea Root Extract, Prunus Mume Root Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Root Extract, Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Fruit Extract, Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Anisate, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Citronellol, Limonene, Geraniol, LinaloolBecause I have highly sensitive, fair skin, I don't tolerate certain essential extracts and oils (e.g., rosemary, orange peel oil, pumpkin fruit). They tend to be sensitizing for me and lead to product-reactive rosacea or new congestion. But that is me. You may find this essence mist wonderful. It is affordable, ~$18 as of this writing, especially for a K-beauty brand product. Worth a try if you are big into experimenting and love extract-rich skincare.

Very emollient toner. Works well for my skin.
I've been using this toner along with the serum and cream in the same line most nights, for a few weeks now, and I am so impressed as to how well my skin looks and feels. I was dealing with some sort of ongoing rash type thing on my cheeks, but it cleared up after using mostly these products for about a week.My skin is softer, very hydrated, and moisturized, my fine lines and wrinkles are much smoother, and I'm getting less puffiness around my nose and eye areas. My skin always seems to have some kind of irritation in those areas, but this trio seems to have helped with that. I don't spray this toner directly on my face, but into my hands and then pat and lightly rub it into my skin. It, along with the other products, have the same slightly disinfectant type scent, to me, that dissipates very quickly after applying it. It has many oils and extracts, therefore it's very moisturizing, emollient, and a bit oily, so a little really does go a long way. It's very easy to use too much.As with the other two products that I have and this line, I also use this toner alongside other brands sometimes and it plays very well with them. But, I'm glad to use it with the serum and cream in the same line most of the time, as they work extremely well together, and my face is looking better than it has in a very long time.I would definitely recommend this toner, as well as the serum and moisturizer in this line.

Nice If You Like A Cream Element In Your Toner
I like to change up my toners all the time so that some days I use one that is more acidic and geared for those with oily skin, while other days I prefer one that has a little moisture base to them. Having combination skin requires playing a balancing act depending on what my skin is doing at any given time. This is a toner that is best for those with normal to dry skin because it's both a regular centered toner with a layer of creamy moisturizer all inside this one bottle. You'll see the separation because the creamy stuff floats to the top. You will have to shake this toner to get them mixed together. Kind of reminds me of an ice cream soda made with a clear soda once the ice cream starts to melt. It's an okay toner. It makes the skin feel good and starts the moisturization process. Can't say it really does a whole lot for clarifying the skin for those who need a bit of that. Use this on days that you really want to concentrate on moisturizing for the day.
