I'm unimpressed with the density of the foam.They're significantly lighter than other yoga bricks I have, and I had expected the wedges to be much denser, heavier. After picking them up, I didn't even bother unwrapping them, I sent it back. There's no way the wedges were going to support my bodyweight plus whatever I'm squatting.These might be good for someone significantly smaller, shorter, lighter - who's exclusively using them to do yoga stretches. Otherwise, no.

Bonne qualité des matériaux. Les wedges sont en mousse, donc pour le squat ça travaille les stabilisateur de la cheville. Par contre c'est très stable sur le plancher. L'article ne va pas tourner et causer un risque de blessure.

Loved it! Good quality. Came very fast too. You can perform a good number of workouts with less impact on knees.

Thee foam wasn’t that dense and the ones that I received were all scratched and dented on the sides

I’m size 12 feet, my feet barely fit on for when I do deep squats. Foam is firm and decent quality.
