Would purchase again!
The media could not be loaded. We love this grill! It takes a while to assemble but the directions are clear, just know it will take a couple of hours. We love the rotisserie feature and have used it a bit! The chickens were amazing! We also love the burner. My husband makes fries sometimes and it’s nice to have the oil out of the house. The grill has loads of options for grilling and keeping warm. The grill is very stylish. We got the coffee colored one and I love the mid/century look.Would definitely purchase again.

Damaged Grill, No Help from Royal Gourmet
After I opened the box and began removing the parts, I noticed a dent and scratches on the right side and scratches on the left side of the grill top that were very obvious. I contacted Royal Gourmet and sent them photos. They first told me the grill top could not be replaced and offered me a $19 brush set to keep it. When I responded that I would have gotten a pretty good discount if I had purchased a grill with this damage at the store, the customer service person Vicky minimized my response by saying the damage is “slight” and again offered the cheap brush set that I had already told her I did not need. I spent over $400 on this grill, and it’s absolutely NOT okay that it I was damaged when it arrived and that I need to see the damage every time I use it.I assembled the grill myself, and I can tell you from handling the parts that the pieces are not quality parts. The metal for the base sides and cabinet doors is thin and flimsy.I don’t like to be the person that writes a negative review, which is why I wrote to Royal Gourmet twice asking them to help me, but the quality of their customer service is even worse than the quality of their product. I encourage you to buy from a different company, but if you do buy from Royal Gourmet, inspect as much as you can without taking apart the box the grill is shipped in, so you can just return it if you find damage.

Best grill I ever owned!
I bought this grill and it was easy to assemble, just that I took my time to understand the instructions, about 2 1/2 hours. Works great and I also bought a very good cover made out of canvas to protect it. I really love cooking on it. Has two grilling grates and 5 burners, plus the rotisserie burner. Haven’t tried that yet, but I’m sure it will also be great!

would I buy this again?
When this BBQ first arrived, I put it together as I've done all my BBQ's. That's when I noticed parts missing, like the gas line that goes from the tank to the unit. Then I noticed that the frame was tweaked because one door wouldn't open and the other wouldn't stay in. The hood was not square to the unit and was off badly, the control panel for the side burner was bent and the starter was missing and the enamel was badly chipped in a few places...I sent the unit back. I took the replacement because it's hard to find a BBQ with the rotisserie burner these days. This time I had pros come to put it together. They showed me a medium dent in the base, but it was in the back, it had a couple of small chips in the enamel and the doors are slightly off when closed. I kept this one. It heats great and fast. The spit comes in two parts and bends under weight and the motor struggles with a 5 lb chicken, I'm replacing it. The hood ( like the first one) is not square to the unit and is slightly off kilter, but still usable. Would I buy it again? Yes...but not for that price. I expect the product to be equivalent to the price I'm paying, seriously...I should have gotten a discount for this unit. Royal Gourmet, don't use cheap motors and spits just because it makes packaging easier. My new motor can handle up to 50 lbs on a SOLID spit. BBQ's are not cheap...the accessories shouldn't be either. All in all, it is a nice BBQ.

Very nice
The only thing I don't like is you must use the igniter for each burner. Everybody knows that they break after the first season and you have to use a long match from then on. Maybe it won't be a problem.Good size cooking surface.Good looksVersatility from the back burner for rotisserie to the searing burner to quickly brown meat before slow cooking it on a regular burner.I'd buy it again.

Tinnnn Ruf - Rusted!
We really loved the look and functionality of this grill so we splurged and got it for our new house. Fast forward to just under two years of usage and the entire grill is rusted on the inside. The grate, the flame reflectors and the burners themselves are all heavily rusted. The two side shelves have also faded. The grill lid is the only part that looks good still. I spent two days with a wire brush trying to clean the rust off the grates. We cover our grill and store it for the winter so it’s not sitting out in elements. When I reached out to Royal Gourmet thinking this has to be under warranty I was informed that it was outside the 1 year warranty and that I could PURCHASE replacement parts. 1 year is all this company stands behind their product for and it clearly doesn’t hold up much past that. For these reasons I would not recommend you buy this product. It won’t last for the money you will spend.
