Great, clean company
To the girl on TikTok who told me to put vanilla extract powder in my hair, you were right, I smell sooo good and pairs perfectly with pretty much any perfume. And you helped me find this company during my research! It’s a small bottle perfect size for your purse, but packed full of powder and is so pure that you don’t need a ton. Plus this company sent a free packet of avocado powder, I’ve never tried that but excited to.TLDR: Good price point, pure product, caring company

VANILLA
I have been searching for a vanilla flavoring. Ive gone thru everything from vodka/real beans, to paste and now this powder. It comes in an 8 ounce foil pouch. It is very flavorful but when it came to making our morning flavored coffee, it required two of the enclosed scoops to reach the desired flavor. The bag lasted all of maybe 2 weeks. So… I did not find this a cost effective way to add a natural/healthy vanilla flavor, but it is tasty.

A good, but interesting product
First of all I like the stuff on cold naturally sweet desserts and such. It smells good to me and adds a subtle and interesting vanilla flavor. It does not work great in hot coffee as the flavor does not hold up. My wife says it smells odd to her. That said, the reason I am writing this review is to praise the person from the company who answered my question in detail. I am a diabetic and I am fairly strict about what I ingest. I assumed with the amount of powder there must be a filler - this is not the case. Quite a large amount of vanilla bean material is used as raw material. Thank you!

Taste
This is a fantastic product. We use it in our protein shakes since we use the un flavored whey protein. Would highly recommend.

Amazing, but flavor disappears immediately.
I really love this vanilla powder, everything about it in the way the company says it’s extracted, as well as the use of monk fruit for additional sweetening, over any other sweetener, except it for not being organic (which would make it even more expensive than what it already is).The only problem is that the flavor doesn’t last whatsoever. I added this powder to some of my smoothies, and the flavor completely dissolved in it, and I couldn’t taste the vanilla at all, and I added more and still no vanilla taste. I added more yet again, but didn’t want to keep going and waste a bunch of the powder to see how much it would take (if any amount) to get the vanilla taste. This was in a test size of about 6oz of my remaining smoothie. It’s a shame because it tastes really good - because of that, I actually ended up buying the (currently) largest available size at 2lbs. (after my initial purchase of this smaller size), currently selling for $100. Since I’m not eating any processed sugar, any sweeteners, or other processed foods, and eating mostly raw, whole foods plant based (high greens, low fruit), I’m consuming this like my “treat” or powdered candy out of a bag because straight on the tongue is the only place worth putting this powder on, since it dissolves immediately upon contact with liquid, along with the fast-dissipating flavor. You might get away with dusting it like powdered sugar on top of baked goods or something like that, but I personally would be afraid of wasting most of it, dissolving into the pastries/ baked goods. Because of the cost and the fact it doesn’t last, I may or may not buy this again in the future, but would not remain a steady/ loyal customer due to these factors, along with price factoring into its value. The lesson I keep coming to is, if you want unnatural flavors to feed modern-day food addictions, you’re always going to have to pay the price. If you’re going to do so, learn to do it on rare occasions. We’ve been conditioned to crave hyper-concentrated flavors not found in nature and in their whole food state. It’s going to take time to retrain your tastebuds into more natural expectations on how food is supposed to taste like in more natural states, instead of looking for dopamine hits off of the foods and beverages we consume.
