Instructions for use - heat application: in the oven: Place the cherry stone pillow on a plate on the lower rail of the preheated oven for approx. 5-10 minutes at approx. The grill function should be switched off. In the microwave: heat the cherry stone pillow at approx. 600 watts (medium setting) for approx. 1 minute. The grill function should also be switched off. On the radiator: if less heat is required, the pillow can be heated on the radiator. Cold applications: before cooling down, place the cherry stone pillow in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 hours or in the freezer for a maximum of 1 hour. To avoid foreign smells, pack the pillow in an airy plastic bag. Please note that the pillow is not a medical product. Warning notices ATTENTION: There is a risk of fire if overheating and drying out. A heat pad should never be left unattended to warm up. Please refer to the operating instructions for your microwave and oven. Before warming the cherry stone pillow in the microwave or in the oven, make absolutely sure that the manufacturer's instructions for use of the microwave or the oven do not rule out heating of cherry stone or grain pillows.
