THIS PLACE SETTING is perfect, and I say this because the FIRST setting came damaged in shipping. But this issue was quickly handled, and a new setting was shipped. OK, that having been said, this setting was to extend a full SET, to add another person to the table. We were told which one to get. When the setting came, we examined each piece for damage or cracks. While doing this I began to appreciate the beauty of these pieces. The pieces are like looking at fine artwork, and are really to nice to slop food on. If you can get detailed photos of this set do it and buy. you wont regret it.

I got these when I got married but I need a few more. They look beautiful on my set table. I was in dishwasher and it's been fine.

Wedding registry price on sale was $149.00. Was worried china would be seconds or broken on arrival. The place setting arrived in perfect condition in the Lenox box exactly as if I had bought it from the store where my daughter had registered. Very pleased with the money I saved on two place settings.

Beautiful and elegant

This is simply beautiful. I bought only one because when I have family to visit, my brother's wife won't eat off of anything but a white plate, and I have fun fiestaware in all colors but white. This plate is so fancy, I'm glad I'm not the one who's going to be eating off of it. A work of art.

Despite the postal system throwing the box these plates are so well packaged that not one of them broke.They are dishwasher safe and used every day in our house.
