Great starting place for restaurant style ramen at home
This is basically the same ramen broth you'd get at a good, but not great, ramen place. With some good noodles, some meat, veg and an egg, you can put together a really solid bowl with little effort. The bag it comes in, isn't the most convenient, but you can pour it off into a tupperware and then keep it in the freezer. It doesn't freeze solid, and thaws out fast. What I do is, while the water is boiling for the noodles, I take the container out of the freezer. Once the noodles are done, I put two tablespoons of the broth concentrate and put it in the bowl. Then, I ladle the hot water from the noodles, into the bowl. You can +/- it a bit to taste. Zero waste, no need to make a whole pot of broth for two bowls of ramen. Makes about 30-35 bowls this way.

Very Traditional Ramen Soup Base
Very traditional taste soup for anyone who like to enjoy not too fancy taste. I used to like tonkotsu base ramen all the time, however, as I get little aged, I start wanting to go back for non greasy taste soup. This is one of the best Shoyu Ramen Soup I've tried so far.

Liquid. Expensive, but so concentrated that it's a good value anyway.
See the title. I didn't realize it was a liquid (maybe that's obvious to everyone else). As other people have pointed out, the package isn't resealable (-1 star), so have a container with a lid ready for it.That being said, it's super concentrated and takes 1-3 tablespoons per bowl of soup, depending on how much soup you're having, so it goes a long way. No weird flavors or anything, unlike some ostensible tonkotsu ramen I've bought at the grocery store. I wouldn't say it's quite as good as broth at a real ramen shop, but pretty solid.

A bag with small amt of liquid
Disappointing bag of liquid. BE SURE. Not a powder soup base, a small amount of liquid for $35 and non-returnable, non-refundable.

Great but pricey
Great product, just a tad bit too expensive. I found it much cheaper somewhere else so I’ll continue buying it there.

Weak taste, like ready to use
More like ready-to-use than soup base in terms of flavor.Kikkoman is significantly more condensed. But Somi still has better flavor compared to LKK.
