Q: I have a 30lb cattle dog what size would be best for him? He is done growing

Hello there, I believe I got the largest bed, the extra large one, because I have 130 pound Rottweiler and I like them to have a bed that is a little bit beyond their body length so they can stretch out. How does your dog like to sleep? If your dog is like mine and likes to stretch out I would probably go with a medium bed. Our dog totally loves this bed though.

Q: can the whole bed be washed in washer? I find you can not get the smell out of foam

No, you should not wash foam. Foam has a tendency to become damaged & torn when washed, but far worse is the mold & bacterial growth that can proliferate within damp foam. It's extremely difficult to get washed foam completely dry to prevent mold/bacterial growth. The best way to preserve any foam dog bed is a good waterproof & washable liner under the cover. I have used "4Knines Dog Bed Liners" for a few years, & highly recommend them. They are the quietest waterproof liner that I've tried out of 6 or 7 other brands. Specifically made for dog beds, not human beds, so the material seems to be more resistant to dog nails poking holes through it. No cover or bed is chewproof, unless it's thick metal. The Medium size 4Knines liner fits the Medium & Large sizes of this bed. The Large 4Knines liner fits the XL size of this bed. Q: What size is the jumbo?

Extra large, 47 inches long, about 8 inches longer than the large. I have the large, which is more than big enough for my 60-pound lab mix.

I do not sell product Amazon does but baby crib sheets fit it. I am just a consumer giving a review as they asked.
